Morning update - Fine with coastal mist today, rain then brighter tomorrow

TODAY

A pleasant day with sunny spells, although mist and low cloud may still linger around southern and western coasts. Temperature 12-14°C but closer to 8-9°C around windward coasts and where any mist lingers Wind west southwest 3-7mph becoming 10-17mph



TONIGHT

A few clear spells at first but the cloud will increase and slowly thicken to bring some patchy rain by dawn. Temperature 6-8°C at first but rising later

Wind west-southwest 10-16mph becoming southwest 12-22mph by dawn

Rainfall less than 1mm



TOMORROW

A cloudy start as a band of rain pushes across our area from the west, clearing by late morning to bring an afternoon of sunny spells, occasional areas of cloud and perhaps the odd shower, although many places missing these. Temperature 11-12°C Wind southwest 16-25mph at first but soon becoming west-northwest 20-34mph for the afternoon
