Dry, cold with a widespread frost developing leading to very icy conditions in rural parts. Temperature 0-2°C but as low as -1°C in some rural parts and closer to 5°C around windward coasts Wind north 3-7mph but variable 0-3mph inland
TOMORROW
A bright start but the cloud will gradually increase through the day, although remaining dry. Temperature 8-10°C Wind east-northeast 5-11mph becoming east-southeast 11-20mph by the end of the day
