July 26th, Morning update
Today A fine day with good sunny spells along with occasional areas of cloud moving through. A little more cloud along with the odd shower will likely develop to the north of the island, but these should stay across the water, although still with a rather more cloud towards the north and northeast of the island. We will also see some high thin cloud moving in from the southwest during the afternoon and this will make the sunshine turn quite hazy for a time. Temperature 18-20°C Wind west 9-16mph becoming west-southwest 11-20mph during the afternoon
Tonight A dry night with a mixture of clear spells and occasional areas of cloud moving through. Turning cold, especially in low lying rural parts where we are likely to see the odd mist patch. Temperature 10-12°C but around 15°C where the wind turns onshore Wind west-southwest 5-11mph becoming variable 0-3mph but west-northwest 2-5mph around coasts and hills
Tomorrow A fine day in general although some cloud will bubble up during the morning, mostly in central and eastern parts. During the afternoon there will be good sunny spells as a whole but occasional areas of broken cloud drifting in from the northwest by mid afternoon onward.
Temperature 18-20°C Wind west-northwest 3-6mph becoming west-southwest 12-21mph during the afternoon
